Author Guidelines

Al-Shatra Journal publishes scientific research in English only, provided that the research meets the following conditions:

1 - The research submitted for publication must be original, previously unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication to any other journal or conference at the same time. The researcher must certify this; in the event of a violation, the researcher will be subject to legal action and will bear full responsibility.

 2- The paper must be typed using the (Times New Roman) font, size 11, with 1.15 line spacing, and the main title and subheadings must be in bold. Margins must be 3 cm on each side.

3 - Figures, tables, and images must be inserted electronically in their respective locations within the text.

4 - The paper must not exceed 25 pages, including figures, images, tables, and references.

5. The researcher’s information, official email address, and place of employment must be provided.

6. The research paper must include a comprehensive abstract of( 150–200 words) in both English and Arabic, along with keywords.

7. The journal follows the ( IEEE ) citation style for referencing sources; for example, the first source is cited as [1], and so on.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
