Background:Leukemia is a malignant condition of the hematological system is defined by the abnormal growth of immature white blood cells in the bone marrow, leading to anemia, thrombocytopenia, and immune suppression. These overlapping hematological patterns may complicate diagnosis in endemic regions. Objective:The present study aimed to the study sought to identify similarities in bone marrow suppression and immune response between leukemia.Methods:50 blood samples were collected from patients diagnosed with leukemia (25 males, 25 females) and 25 healthy controls. Complete blood count (CBC) parameters were analyzed using an automated hematology analyzer. Results:Leukemia patients showed a significant increase in lymphocyte count and a decrease in hemoglobin and platelet levels compared with the control group. Similar hematological abnormalities. Conclusion The study demonstrated a clear link between leukemia and changes in bone marrow and blood parameters, underscoring the importance of bone marrow examinations in diagnosis and follow-up treatment, while highlighting the need for further research to improve diagnostic and treatment methods
